3. Product Information and Orders

• Product specifications, designs, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Quotations provided by ENJOIN are valid for a limited time (generally 30 days, unless otherwise stated).
• Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement and deposit/payment as specified.
• OEM/ODM products will be produced based on approved samples or technical drawings.

ENJOIN strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all website content is free from occasional errors or omissions.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Standard payment: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
• Currency accepted: USD / EUR / RMB

Buyers are responsible for any bank handling or currency fees.
Orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

ENJOIN will coordinate shipment according to agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).
Estimated delivery times are based on production schedules and logistics conditions.
Delays caused by force majeure, transportation, or customs procedures shall not constitute breach of contract.

Once goods are handed over to the carrier, risk and ownership transfer to the buyer.

6. Limitation of Liability

ENJOIN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or opportunity.
Our maximum liability is limited to the invoiced value of the affected product.

7. Confidentiality

All business documents, quotations, designs, and technical data shared between ENJOIN and clients are confidential.
No party shall disclose such information to third parties without written approval.

8. Compliance and Export Control

Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable import/export laws and regulations in their countries.
ENJOIN reserves the right to decline transactions violating trade restrictions or international sanctions.

9. Termination

ENJOIN may suspend or terminate cooperation if a buyer:

• Fails to fulfill payment or contractual obligations, or
• Misuses intellectual property, violates confidentiality, or engages in unethical practices.

Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If unresolved, it shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for final and binding arbitration.
